How to get to Teo's aquatic plant farm from Bedok

I have figured out this far...

Bedok to Jurong East by MRT

Jurong East to Chao Chu Kang by MRT

Chao Chu Kang to Lim Chu Kang by Bus

Please let me know if the above is correct and which bus do i catch from Chao Chu Kang
