21 is not really considered cold, you ich problem is more likely due to water hygiene. are you over feeding?
yeah, is my bedroom, it just dark and cool, i got nano tank inside (31L), i put 6 of cardinal tetra inside, and they always got ich, somebody please tell me what kind of fish suitable for 21-24'C temperature?

i feed them once a day, at morning. i transfer them to other tank with heater, the ich gone in 2-3 days. i know about i can put heater into my nano, but i don't want to, i just want to get other fish that may stand cooler temperature, cardinal can't stand 21-14 'c right?

ohhh! thanks guys, this morning i open my bedroom window and the nano tank got mist on outside, temperature 20'c, lucky got no fish inside.
