Does man-made BB expire over time?

Sorry to ask but i would want to ask would BB powder like eg.mosura bioplus expired over sometime??

I think if it is water base, then it will expire in time, but most of the time you can still use them but have to dose higher. As for powder form, since it is not mixed in water, it tends to be more stable so will last longer. Thats why it is not always advisable to buy in bulk,
