    Hi

Recently discovered that my CO2 was used up terribly fast in just a month's time as compared to previous times of 1.5 to 2 years. Discovered that maybe my manual regulator was faulty. Checked the thing and realised that there is a white plastic washer inside the thing and it may had gone bad after more than 7 years of usage.

Went to Seaview and was surprised that they were selling the washer at just $3 per piece. I was thinking of whether do I need to buy a whole brand new regulator but luckily the washer was available.

So bought it and took out the old washer and put in the new one...hurray!!...no more leakage.

Above story is for your info so that you guys will know what to look out for.

    was the white washer hardened?
maybe you did not tighten the regulator enough.
you can use soapy water to check for leaks after you have connected your regulator to your cylinder.
