Yes, mine is pink light together with thick gravel thus, fire red colours are even better

Actually no bro, Males are usually considered as sakuras or cherry only. As the female only show the redness. If your male has the intensity of a Firered, i can honestly tell you. Most likely its infertile.

Agreed and its also very hard for us to get a male to preserve the Fire red's redness. As its all about genes.

Yes but very little. Fire red and sakura are all cherry. They are named differently for only the intensity of its redness. In simple words-grading. If you would have found fire red in lfs, honestly out of 10 pcs you would only get 2-3 pcs of fire red. The others will be sakuras.

I bought it from a friend of mine Hmmm, maybe you could try your luck at lfs but if you do see them usually its only 2-4 graded as fire red in the packet of 10.

I have bought cherry shrimp from C328 labelled as "Fire Red". About 5 of the 8 in the bag can probably pass as fire red, or really good Sakuras.

But as another bro mentioned, all were females.
