hey, maybe you can take some pictures of your fish for us to assist you? Some old timers here like genes will be able to accurately point it out.
I was wondering if anyone here knows how to sex a T.Candid? I purchased 2 pairs which I knew I should have bought 2 more which would have brought my chances higher on a pair but to the look of them they look like all males. After reading some threads on AQ I'm thinking maybe ones a female because she has a rounder tail. I have been checking on her everyday to see if the tail changes to start on the spade look. Anyways do all TC have the same colors both in m/f which do the tail and pelvic on both colors up nicely? Any help on this would be appreciated and if anyone has a mature female or any female picture which they can post maybe I can tell the difference or am I going to need to just wait this out. They are all an inch.

I tried but something w/ my camera did not go right so I'll try again later tonight after work.
Pictures speak a thousand words.
The main tell tale of sex of the fish is either the tail or the ventrals.

Thanks Marle and joopsg for the reply. I'll wait it out for a couple months and hopefully I'll be able to sex them better. My stupid camera, I need a new one.
Normally adult is quite easy to ID unless it is Juv.
All right they gotton a lot bigger now and freak they are all males, however, I'll be getting in 6 more pairs next week so hopefully the next group will give me more of an opportunity to get a a female of two but if not oh well I'll just drop them into my 55 gallon tank with the gouramis.
