Did you ask your boss for the manual or something?
Hi , i was given a reader by my boss but he did not tell me much on what does it reads ...
The reader looks like a normal PH reader but beside the screen its stated PPM ... i have tried it in two of my tanks and it read 144PPM on my 2ft tiger shrimp tank and read 404PPM on one of my apsito tank ...
Could anyone kind enough to clear my doubt ...
Thanks in advance ...

Actually the reader doesnt show anything much ... No wordings on it or what so ever ... Just a small PPM on the side of the screen ... Looks exactly like a PH reader ...
No , he have no manual or any writeout ... He left in a hurry back to his country so didnt have the chance to ask much till he comes back ... So just want to try my luck here ...
Guess someone out there will know what does this PPM unit stands for ...
Its something to do with KH or GH i guess ...
Bro, googled it.
A PPM meter is used for measuring the total parts per million in your hydroponic solution. It is important to know just how much nutrients your plants are using, so you know how much to add next time. A PPM meter gives you an electronic readout of the exact levels of nutrients in your hydroponic solution.
