Parosphromenus Sp. Planted Tank

Hi Nevada sorry for late reply, my parosphomenus is kuala tinga blue... Colour hasn't show up yet, wonder under what condition then the colour will be out like those pics taken. I put them in my community tank, thinking of putting them in seperate tank and feed them properly with the perfect water condition

According to the tetra book, they are in the Belontiidae family, but with the genera, parosphromenus.

hi...i think it is best to lower the ph to 5.5 and don't change the water too often.i've got i pair of the kuala linga too and the male had already showing its colour.i usually change the water once every 2 week.my tank temp range between 26 - 28
from what i've read, it is best to put them in a species tank...that's what i am gonna do.hopefully early next month... =P can't wait to set up my new tank.im think of breeding them...but not sure wheter can make it.why don't all of us try it... ???? what do you think guys ???
