If I remember correctly, Ocean Free is a house brand by QianHu (qianhu.com), you can try surfing their site under the accessories section. And would be able to find more information there.

Alight at Choa Chu Kang Mrt Station, go to the bus interchange at the back of the station. Then look for Qian Hu signboard or ask the someone.

Hint: it's beside bus 172.

But first you need to get a return ticket to Singapore. Then you will take the MRT from Changi Airport to Choa Chu Kang.
