i noticed today morning that my stem plants are bending towards the direction of the window. i assume that it is because of the light coming from there. the peoblem is that the plants were ok last night. my lights come on at 4pm to 2am. i think they straighten themselves after the lights are on. is this normal? or should i change my light timing? pls advice.

Have that experience too. Not only did the stem plants bend towards the window, they grow leggy/stringy too.
After changing the light timing to match the daylight, I got better looking stem plants.
