Help with dosing dry ferts

I recently purchased potassium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate, plantex csm+b and potassium sulfate each 1 pound..i need help with dosing...i tried chucks gudd but for some reason it does not work in my laptop..i have 100gl tank..i need with the dosing specs of each ferts or any combination

Wow... This is going to be handful. 100 Gallon (US) I suppose.

Add KNO3, at 1.5 tsp for at least 1-2x a week.
Add 3/4 tsp of the KH2PO4 2-3x a week
Add 3 tsp of K2SO4 2-3x a week

Ballpark. I can be wrong.
