    Its a common pleco and they grow pretty fast and big too. Commercially bred now and will take a wide range of water parameters.

    oh okay.. because this pleco was given to me but unfortunately i don't intend to rear this fish... Any idea where i can donate this fellow to? Like into ponds or something? Appreciate for your replies!

    Please DO NOT release them into ponds or reservoirs. You can give them it in our buy/sell thread. If not, give it to the LFS.
