    Sorry, NLS pellets = a brand name?

    Can I keep platy with rams? Platy also eats anything right? So instead of learning from Tetras, they can also learn from platy right? Because i find tetras too small and tends to get missing in the filter.

    Yes, NLS is a brand name. Some people swear by it, but your results may vary.

    Platy with Rams doesn't seem like a good idea. Platies do well in alkaline conditions, which is the reverse with Rams. What do you mean by tetras going missing in a filter? You're referring to them being sucked in by your filter? If that's the case, then use bigger tetras like the Black Widow or Phantom Tetras, or even those Bleeding Heart Tetras.

    They are hardy, just that their requirements in terms of water conditions are not the same as Rams.
