    3l tank around $80-$90
    Bubble counter <$5
Solenoid regulator around $80-$150 depending on brand
Manual regulator around $25 but troublesome
Check valve <$5, put more than 2 be kiasu
Difusser, depend on brand and size as well. Personally don't like it, I preferred external reactor or inline diffuser.

Your tank ---> regulator ----> check valve ----> buble counter ----> Diffuser
    That's the way it goes.
If you plan to on the lights and CO2 only at night, you can always go for manual regulator.
However, if you intend to do it in the morning, automatic regulator is the way to go.
