From the pic, it is cardinal tetra dude not neon. Feed them (dry food) twice daily will keep them last more than 3 years.
Once your plants grow, it would be an awesome sight with the hundreds of fishes swimming around.

Any brand will do, initially i feed them frozen worms till they short of vitamin and having spinal problem, until a brother advise me than I stop using frozen worms. Now most of it grow in good shape, only few skinny (loser in fighting food).keke will feed that more. any idea what type or band of food i sure get?

some update for my tank. keke
Nicely grown and seems no algae.
However, the foreground didnt take off. I suggest using moss/fissiden/pellia on meshes since they can grow at that depth.
Should look at thining the moss so that they will regrow and get attached to the wood in a tighter fashion.
