    Tank - 3ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft
    Lighting - DYMAX REX-FL @ 20W (E-Ballast i belive)
    Spare Lighting - Sobu 3ft @ 20W (Normal ballast emits alot of heat)
    DIY Co2 - 1bps (pretty constant, using some Jello Formula i found online)

    Experiencing very slow growth for my plants

    What can i do to improve?

    1: Change to stronger lighting
    2: Improve on Co2
