Would a 12" x 7" tank be suitable for a crayfish?

Hi all,

Sorry for the noob questions, but I'm new to crayfish and am interested in getting one..

I was thinking to get a Blue Moon or an Electric Blue cray- what are their temperaments like?
Are they okay for a beginner crayfish owner?
Would the size they grow to be fine for my tank size?

If not, could you possibly recommend other breeds that may be easier to handle/suit my tank better? If possible, I'd like to get a blue coloured crayfish, they're very stunning!
