Alage grower from India

Hi
Been keeping fish for the past 18 months. Started with a 50 Gallon planted tank.
Currently have
36X18X18 community tank heavily planted
18X18X18 waiting for plants and wood
3 Gallon small Betta tank

Hi Unni and welcome to AQ.

I see more plants than algae.

Some clean up crew like SAE's and Otocinclus can help you reduce algae.

However some of the fishes in there are not shrimp friendly, particularly those dwarf cichlids and the platies.

Had a few small ghost shrimps initially. They were hunted down systematically by the Rams.
I do have a few Otos in there. The platies are on their way out, being replaced by Odessa barbs
