How to grow it emmersed?

Grow it in a pot like normal potted plants. New emersed leaves will grow and the submersed leaves will die.

make sure the soil is always moist-to very moist during the initial period, just like underwater, some leaves will die off, but they will grow strong in no time.

the roots usually get pretty long quickly, I guess the optimal condition is to have deep pot for root developement.
