Bumble Snails Not Moving

Just bought 5 bumble snails but after i released them into my tank they have not been moving for the 2 days. they are alive when i bought them but once put in my tank they stop moving. anyone got any idea whats happening to them?

They are brackish water snail, used to live in pH in alkaline range.

Your CRS tank is acidic, they will take sometime to get used to it. But these snails do not do well in CRS tank, their shell get corroded and even death.
