OK, the place which I got my cabinet custom made is :

Got mine made for S$1100, which includes the top cover for the lights.
You specify your dimension & the design you want to be engraved on the cabinet.
Waiting time is about 1 month.

Most shops specializing in teak furniture should do customed made.
You might want to scout around for the best deal.

Tot that the cabinet you got was made in Indonesia. The reason i'm asking is that I'm quite often here in Surabaya.

Yes, the cabinet was custom-made in Indonesia.
Or rather, I placed my order with the shop here. They have a factory over there & the cabinet was made by their local carpenter & then shipped over to Singapore. Been made there means cheaper labour & material.

Once the cabinet arrived, the shop here will do the final torch-up before sending to you.

But bear in mind the workmanship is not that fine as compared to that of our local carpenters. It is just average.

Ok... maybe I'll try to get the local furniture shops here in Surabaya and get a quotation. May need to get my own forwarders and a place to store it in S'pore.
