How can you keep Perfect Water in your tank!?

When I setup a new tank, I'm usually very careful with the water.
the water is always clear and clean !!
BUT I dont understand how the tiny worms, and seed shrimps still always appear in my shrimp tanks in the next few weeks, (sulawesi, CRS, tanks) - and I try to setup a new one again, with the new water - (even I bought mineral water - full fill my 72L tank) then moving all my shrimps to the new houses .... At first I dont see any strange things appear but ... After weeks - they - the tiny worms, and seed shrimps -are crowded day by day.

This proplem leads to another problem, my shrimps die one by one from day to day due to water change...

Does anyone experience this problem? How do you keep your water clear and clean without any harmful thing?

please help me, and give me some advises - to overcome this ...

those bugs might come from the substrate/soil/gravel or plants that you put in your tank. I believe my seed shrimps comes from ada substrate.

!! Really! I also use ADA substrate for all most my tanks...
Are there any way to avoid them?
I will change to use other substrate such as Ges soil, maybe, ...

Tiny flat white worms? if it is then it is very common.
Reason for their exists: overfeeding.

What kind of filter you using? For what i think is, as long as you don't use internal filter, HOF, OHF, IOS or etc will be fine.

Stop feeding for a week will help to reduce your tiny worms from your tank cos the shrimps will eat them. Is really excessive food in your soil. Let your shrimp do the job of cleaning up.
When i just started rearing crs few years back. I had the same problem and leech eating my crs. Then i never fed them for one month cos i do not wan to keep any more. Water turn green under sunlight. To my surprise, the crs gave birth and not more white worm n leech.
Rem: With soil and plants around, shrimps will be able to survive without eating for month. Perfect water does not mean too clean cos we also dont like perfect environment... As long as water look clear and maintain good ph and low ammonia will make your shrimp happy and breed.

there isn't a blueprint for perfect water as it depends on what you keep; and also different types of shrimp have different water condition needs.

thanks cyruslaguna for your comment, I was just thinking how to avoid those worms, or bugs; because they are usually over their population, but now I understand how to reduce them effectively as lyan said.
However, I'm still afraid of them .... even scare those worms look ugly... dont you think that?

To kill off those worms, you can also get fenbendazole powder from one of the bros in the forum here and bomb the tank with it...

it should not kill the shrimps but if you wanna be safe, remove the shrimp first
