    Hi all,

    This is a rather beautiful corydoras species I've seen. Individuals have a nice gold bar running down the sides of the body. Here's a small sample photo for those who are strangers to this species;

    Isn't it beautiful? I wanted to get some of them but I just don't have enough tanks to house them at the moment so I can only drool over them. Btw, C328 only have a small handful of them housed in the smaller tanks near the counter rigged with a chiller.

    Will be heading down tomorrow, would like to know if they can survive between 27-29 too, roughly same as kenng.

    Thank you!

    I made a mistake of classifiying it as a species. It is a color variety/strain of the common bronze cory (corydoras aeneus). There have been quite a few strains of this species coming up recently. The black variety seems to be the latest strain.

    It doesn't look as fantastic as the gold stripe strain but it just tells to show the various morphs of this common corydoras species.

    That looks interesting, wondering if they are available anywhere? Anyway is C328 open today?

    I don't think this new color variety & the green stripe ones will be available at any LFS anytime soon. Even if they are available, I'll still think the gold stripe variety looks more eye-catchy & that possibly explains why you don't see any other color varieties locally.

    Hi Bro Kenng, didn't get them in the end. Didn't want to risk their lives in my tank in case they can't survive in my tank's temperature, how are yours?
