Yeah, the strain has been around for ages. I just got attracted to them for their increased intensity of orange.
This was the first ever cichlid I ever bred. Same strain too. I still remember the pair fondly.

They came with a german import. I got my hands on 8 pcs and landed with 3 pairs! w00t! All 3 pairs have spawned but have been unsuccessful. The most recent one landed me with some wrigglers and now i've taken some out for artificial raising.
Great job, bro! Hope you turn this into production factory and supply our region with such high quality angel fishes.
