algae spotted

need of big help now. spotted some algae on my java moss and hair grass. it has very fine green lines that spread out like java moss. i suspect it is thread algae. what should i do? pls advice. what fishes eat thread algae?

don't think otto will touch them... Got 8 of them in my tank constantly cleaning away but those algae still remain. Also used to have 5 pencil fish to no effect. On the other hand, maybe that my algae problem too severe, i've since rescape my tank... U can try using pencil fish to get rid of those as lots of people are claiming success with it
