I have a 45g and the dimensions are 36",12",24" (W,L,H). So far the lighting system that came with it is only 24" at 20watts. Obviously this isnt suffice so i was looking at the 36" - 96w fixture to upgrade my lighting. If i got this light it would boost my wpg to 2.13 instead of my current .44 wpg lighting. So will the new lighting be suffice to go through 2 ft of water before reaching the gravel bottom? Thanks a ton.
