My APISTO TANKS

TANK 1 (1 1/2 feet) -- First attempt in planted tank.Done up 2 months ago,housing onli one pair of A.Diplotaenia and i pair of otto.Manage to spawn the A.dip them a few weeks back but the frys did not survive.

TANK 2 (2 feet) -- My second attempt..Just done up the tank like 2 weeks back....got the idea from keeping marine tank during my secondary sch days.... stacked up pieces of dift woods to form something like a slope (try to guess now many pieces of drift wood used) ,very much like in a marine tank...tied moss on them to make them look more natural..love to see the apistos swimming in and out of the caves.trying to let the fishes feel as at home as possible.(one thing bad,u can hardly see ur apisto)
dun really know wat kinda setup this is called.housing three otto, 21 Boraras and my main pair of A.mendezi and some malayan shrimps

still veri new to planted tanks so the commments would be useful
