    actually you do need to consult with the HDB for anything larger than, I think, 5ft.
    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    Choy, I believe its more on the total weight rather than how many feet.

    of course its the total weight, but the "feet" gives a rough guide.
