Algae or moss?

Hi, I found this on my abandon lava rock.

Is this algae or something else? Looks quite nice, thinking of putting into my tank but not sure if it is OK to do so?

is not algae, but not sure what moss, put it in the water and see how it grow

i'm also sure that the growth is not an algae..its somesort leafy.
but im also not sure on the species of moss
seen in before around waterfalls during trekking

this looks like the moss i collected from a garden. think will grow pretty alright submerged

Yeah it looks like Singapore moss to me also. It will grow submersed, but it will not look like that
