Perhaps you can share more on your setup and parameters.
Try to plant more to combat algae.

Saiberg beginner 1st planted low tech mini tank
My 1st planted tank.. been rearing fish for a while but this is my 1st planted experiment. ard 1ft. using Gex red package soil. 3 rocks n some planted HC..(i think).. not sure about the 3 rocks placement...tot of using driftwood with riccia etc.. anyone have any comment or helpful advice?

running for 1 week the tank,soil..just planted the hc 2 days ago... still thinking about the rocks placement..wat else do i need? quite new to planted...been using artificial plant in my main tank for years...
it look like glosso not HC and either way it is not plant for low tech tank
ic... glosso.. yeah now i remember the name...hehe.. what plant u recommend for low tech? riccia? actually this is my experiment befor i go high tech etc on my 2ft tank..looks like i got lots to learn..
