PL light plastic scratches.

I have been trying to look for a replacement for the clear plastic piece on my 2ft PL lightset. A lot of scratches so light passing through might not be maximised..

Where can i buy a piece of the clear plastic/glass? ArtFriend? The one i bought at ArtFriend too thin and it melted.. quite dangerous.. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

you can omit it if there is no chance or very little of water splashing onto the light.

thanks for the reply. It's very strange to go all the way to the factory to just buy a piece of acrylic. Any shops to recommend? Thank you.

You can try your neighborhood hardware store. They would be able to cut to your exact measurements as well. However you have to make sure the thickness is the same though.
