throw in the sexy designer....i couldn't agree more William!
that's the secret only 5 people in the world will ever know! LOL

talking about retirement....well....i have my own theory.
you retire when you know you will be missed, otherwise...there is nothing to retire!
so i guess it will take a lot more effort for me to even qualify for retirement!

Be the 1st may not be the best, as long as you like your creation it is already No. 1 in your heart.

lets not forget why we into this hobby in the first place. We into this hobby because we love it right, regardless the competition.

William, my first IAPLC rank is 869 .
Someone may ask why bother submitting even though you know that you have no chance? I guess because it is fun ..

unfortunately the time needed to maintain is growing exponentially with the tank size, not linear

Yar Stormy, the fun is sharing the also the pain not just the glory.

Robert, big tanks are also big problems. I had so much fun with a 2ft tank-maintenance is 4-5X faster and cheaper as well. Too bad I'm not fond of such a small size.

2 feet, you can only keep one pair of apistogramma.
5 feet, you can keep up to three pair of apistrogramma.

Of cos, you can keep alot more if you don't mind them dying from going after each other throat....sorry, I meant territories.

    Happy................
