GEX soil

Hi, guy do you know where I can purchase GEX soil in LFS for a 2feet tank and do I still need to add fert in the soil again any advise

I reccomend ADA aquasoil soil instead. Saves you trouble in the long run.
For a two feet: GEX
No base fert
10L bag $40

For a two feet: ADA
S Power sand $32-37
9kg amazonia 2 $38-40
Amazonia powder??? ($10 per kg)

For ADA, powder and base ferts help. But Amazonia 2 is as good or if not better than GEX soil in my opinion. Get power sand instead of adding root tabs as base ferts
Also helps in the long run.

I suggest Y618 which is near aquastar in yishun or NA and Colourful. Both got ADA and GEX

Even ADA soil can get no clouding when i use it. GEX can get clouded. It is just how you fill the water in to the tank

hmmm, additives, i heard flourish excel by seachem is good. still reading up on it. maybe some of the more experienced ones can help with this?
