Have a taiwanes co2 cylinder leaking..

No issues for my main tank as I have another one. Just like to find out how people deal with such cylinders. Personally, it may be not possible for repairs???

It would be good if I can get that up as well..then I will be able to kick start another tank.

Leaking??? From where? If there is a leak in your cylinder, I think the bugger would have lift off? Did you see any liquid CO2 coming out? Okay, if you are really sure it is leaking, I think you should throw it away. If you are not so sure, take it to SOXAL for a test.

leaking due to cracks can be repaired but may be costly.
after welding, some sort of test would have to be done to check the integrity of the weld.
something like x-ray or ultrasonic testing.

I am 101% sure it is leaking....well, you hear a horrible hissing noise coming from the main valve and gas can be seen...Can you imagine the horror? I think if that thingie blow up..I will be long dead....

Guess it must go to the dumps...but wonder how I can dump it safely? Haha...

    coming from main valve?
so it still leaks even without the regulator mounted?
maybe it is the valve seal that is damaged.
bring it down to shops that sell pressurised cylinder and they maybe able to help you.

bring them back to the shop you bought it from
TELL THEM YOU WANT AN ANSWER
    don't take NO for one

most cases they'll take it back and check it out, and fix it for you
if they have good customer service it'll even be free
if they DON'T... call CASE, complain here, feel free to screw them over with your friends
