    Hi everyone,

I been looking for this external breeder box by UP(D-631-Ex). You can have a look at the picture in the file i have attached(blue box).

Checked out the usual spots like C328 and Y916, so far only been able to find the internal one. Y916 says they dont carry the external model anymore. Any folks here knows of any place selling the external one? Thank you!!

I believe I saw the external version at Polyart last weekend.

Might have been mistaken though, give them a call maybe?

C328 has it. You have to ask Aunty where she kept it. Sometimes it's out of stock. I had one but accidentally broke it when I dropped it in the toilet.

If you live near Yishun you might want to check out Aquastar. I think I saw it there before.

Something else to take note of. This particular product series from UP, the plastic is tinted with different colours. They are not "clear" i.e. non-tinted. Mine had a greenish tint. I think I saw one in another poster's pic with purple tint. If you are particular regarding the colour of the plastic container/breeder box from UP that you are getting, you can modify a plastic tank instead, if it's for external use as a fry container.

Hey stormhawk! Thanks for the heads up! I managed to get it at Aquastar today. Mine comes with a slight purple tinge, but i'm fine with it cos the tank overall still looks kinda "clear" haha

p.s. my first time at aquastar, the shop's pretty huge for a fish store!

    Re: External Breeder Box

AquaStar is huge alright. But I went there several times and they never really had what I wanted. Still, a good place to go to if you're in Yishun.

By the way, I saw the exact model you are looking for, at C328. Dropped by earlier around 10pm and I saw it on one of the racks outside the shop.

Bro, how effective is this type of external breeder box?

It comes with a filter function that attracted me. Do you still remember how much you bought it for?
