Instant email notification not working

Recently AQ had gone through Maintenance and i realize after the forum started working, i never receive any more email for the thread i subscripted under the Default Thread Subscription Mode.

I've put in a temporary fix. Should be working now.

I'll put in the permanent fix tonight.
