    Hi Guys

Yesterday manage to drop by Y618 and spotted this pair of apisto and can't help bringing it back home despite I am a newbie in keeping them. The colour is just so beautiful... hence was thinking to post here and share with experts for comments.

    Re: Apistogramma cacatuoides "Orange Flash"

You dont see any "black marking" that why it is called "orange flash".
What commonly found in the market are "Triple Red" & "Double Red", it all depend on the black markings. There are also rare type such as the Apistogramma cacatuoides "Gold"

Ok, manage to find this thread for you " Differences of Apistogramma cacatuoides "triple red", "double red" and "orange flash" "

I happen to like the orange flash better than both the triple and double reds. Your pair look terrific!

Yup mostly they charge like a pair for $30 divided by 2.
So just a female maybe $15 or few dollars higher..!
Good luck in searching but I'll suggest you to order 2 females instead..
Make it a trio(1m&2f) so that next time any female die you still got backup
