Help with EI doing!!

I have read on EI and currently have Wondergro micro and macro as well as lushgro micro and aqua. Can some one point me in the right direction on a fertilisation time table with these

does the N, P, K concentration stated on the bottle? need that to workout the dossage.

wondergrow macro has NPK but amount not stated wondergro micro also not stated but lushgro micro and aqua is stated. How do i use these for EI? Aqua has macros and micros except no P. Bu wondergro has.

80L with 72watts over it.

20~30ppm of c02

currently using dennerle ferts.
