Don't think so. Do you have an another picture of the face and side profile?

I bought a few of these guys at C328:
I suspect they might be Amu-Darya Stone Loach (Nemacheilus oxianus)... but I'm really not sure.
Thanks in advance for the ID help.

Sorry. Had to return the macro lens I used. These fish are pretty small and fast moving, so I can't capture one with a regular lens.

looks like a juvenile.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

It just looks like a small Rosy Loach to me, or maybe juveniles of one of the Yunnanilus species, probably Y. brevis?
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.

It does look like the rosy loach. If so, it'll be good to hear that they are available again. I have not seen them around for a long while.

no point shooting juvenile leh.

can shoot juvenile first and adult next time.

I'm gonna concur and label them Rosy Loaches (http://www.loaches.com/species-index...ra-arakanensis).
