Well, the Sengang PH was not tested by me, my brother-in-law who deals with health food. Maybe its the proportion he mixes with the solution coz he uses a cup to measure whilst I use a test tube to measure my end. You might be right.

I was once a service vendor to PUB (a S'pore state firm taking care of water treatment) where my company supplied the plant automation solution to. Other than all the chemistry content check, turbidity check, bio content check, etc, to ensure water is safe and taste good for human consumption before transporting the water out to public, there is always a bunch of fishes in the tank which are used as part of the QC. These live fishes help to close any loose ends in the laboratory.
