I don't understand, what can be special about the genes when they themselves don't look good? Is it a marketing gimmick to call them as pure red?

Pure Red Line, they are breed from the 1st original CRS generation without cross with other shrimp genes.

please consider the fact that the pictures here might not don't do them justice. Pure red line are beautiful.

    latest update.

change filter for the 2ft x 1.5ft tank from Eheim 2213 to Eheim 2026.

place on top tier and connected to a Hailea 150A chiller. The flowrate is just nice for 2ft x 1.5ft now.

Are you sleeping next to that chiller?
Everything should be made as simple as possible...but not one bit simpler.

    brother eugene_syh,
you must have alot of patience when you are tying you US Fissdens. cover as much of the area of the mesh as possible. there's is some thread which teachs you how to tie them.
    1) lay them out evenly in 1 direction.
    2) use very thin fish line and go round the mesh ( depend on ur gap, distance of the fish line varies )
    3) place them in the tank where the light concentrate most.
    4)let them grow.

I'll try again. The ready-tied ones are too expensive. No choice. Thanks.
