I'm a newbie. Just want to ask if there is a particular way of tying a spiky moss to wood or rock? I'm to rework my tank and it is my first time to use moss.

Kindly advise as well what kind of fertilisers and nourishments to add. I'm planning to put low demanding but hardy plants with it (java ferns and nanas).

    Thanks in advance.

this website will be a great help to you http://www.aquamoss.net/How-To-Grow-Aquatic-Moss.htm

basically moss don't need any special care, they can survive and grow in minimum light.

Thanks Ciaossu. That was an informative read though there was no mention on methodology except for the moss wall. I read in the other thread in this site how to tie fissidens to a wood wherein it was nicely lined-up side by side. Should it be that way to spiky moss as well?
