This monrning I noticed a white hairy spot on one of my rummy nose. Guess it's a fungal infection. Anyway, I already removed that fella (after trying to catch it for 20mins [] )for treatment. Is it necessary to put the whole tank thru a course of anti-fungus treatment ?
1. fungus doesn't spread like that
2. fungus only hits weakened fish
ergo, your water isn't in good shape
catching the fish will only stress him which will make him even more susceptible to fungus
leave him in there, and do more water changes
salt will help, and some ppl swear by melafix
