I didn't think to google it, and I didn't see any pictures at that angle from the Hagen website.

Hmmm the hole is a lot larger than I thought, I guess this tank isn't as impractical as some of us were imagining.

if you are filling the water right up to the narrowed section then i think it might be insufficient gas exchange considering the water volume

Done some homework on the set, unfortunately the size of the tank is about 43 * 26 * 22.4 cm. Pretty small neither here nor there. Also according to web site it's a full cover tank. Anticipate trouble when come to planting.

Hm... properly Juwel Rio 125 will be a better choice for aquatic planting.

Is a useless design, lots of complain by many people. The design is a copy from others in Europe, poor lighting design and get warm up easily also. NA do sell them also.

For the kind review, in fact design does looks great.

Likely it is design for Europe used, because of the weather there. Hm... the designer may not planned the tank to be used in Tropical country like us.

Maybe they may consider adding in a micro chiller to cool the temperature of the tank. No hard feeling,
