Yes bro, it is basically "melting" the acrylic together if I am not wrong. It is also call "Acrylic welding". Since I am joining acrylic to glass, it will not work correctly since it is not even a glue.

That's the one I used. However, impossible to cut the acrylic into two right angled pieces due to the bulky nature of the hand hold. Need a "cutting tool" Dremel 566 in order to be able to "saw" through.

Hi billy, need time to perfect how to handle Dremel tool.
To do different angles you will need the correct head.

With practice, you will be able to do wonders with it.

Dremel tool? what about? I have the whole range of cutters Use it for my modelling and plaque making hobby.
AL76 : you also own a Dremel? When i need to use can i loan it from you?

Also i saw mustafa selling the attachments for the tip (other locations mentioned by ramma-san) besides the fact they sell the black & decker dremel version also.

Simon, you officially have made my jaw just drop.
I've never even seen that selling in normal hardware shops.

Guess billy will have to get another accessory?

I saw a few of those bigger accessories selling in Thomson Plaza Homefix. A pity they don't sell what I was looking for.

I think a rotary tool is very very handy for a person doing DIY =)

Billy, you haven't solved the problem of cutting the right angled yet?

I've not been there for around 3 years at least.
Was going to buy a dremel minic at the lavender but they stopped bringing the minic in.

Which other accessory your looking at now? not the workstation?

the workstation is ~$75 from homefix. But you have to bring along your rotary tool to see if it fit the mount on the workstation.

Billy, try the homefix at great world city.

one thing I find rather disappointing is the range of accessories available locally. My attachments are either bought online, some from Daiso and others are modeling shops
