Once you're done draining the BBS out of the hatching container, just rinse under tap water or tank water to remove any trace of the hatching water, then transfer to a small container with clean water by swishing the net/cloth in the container. You should be able to see a HUGE number of BBS swimming around. They are best used right after hatching.
Some people just use a medical syringe to suck them out of their hatching container, and squirt directly in the tank. Caution: this only works in tanks where the fishes are salt tolerant.
