The tail pattern does lend itself to be a possible Agasizzi group fish. However, the dorsal ray extension is not very visible so it could be a young male.
Stefania, if you can, try taking a picture of this male flaring. It will be easier to tell you what it is. Who knows, you might have an Ap. pulchra right there.![]()
