Any LFS provide service to setup tank in house?

I'd like to get a 3 ft planted tank with some fish in my house, but don't know how to setup properly - e.g. what plants to choose, proper substrate, fertilizer, CO2 and filter needs, etc.

I've done some reading on my own, but still prefer to have advice on plants and equipment. Sometimes the plants and equipment we read in books / websites are not available in the LFS. What I'm really looking for is an LFS that's friendly and can provide advice (preferably in english). Do most LFS deliver?

If you're looking for a tank set-up service, specifically in aquascaping, look for Green Chapter. They have a store in Clementi but it's usually closed so you have to call them to make an appointment.

It's fairly easy to set up a tank yourself if you have a plan in mind.
