Eheim 2028 can drive your Hailea HC-150A. The connection is:

Tank to filter inlet ==> Filter outlet to inlet of chiller ==> Outlet of chiller to tank. Simple?

A 2028 will work great with the HC-150A.

I am driving mine with a 2026 (900 L/hr) and getting good efficiency, so you should do even better.
