Need suggestions for a half day department retreat

Will be having a half day retreat next week (ya I know it's very past min) but I need some suggestions to what we can do or can improve on the initial planning. It's a half day retreat(2-8pm) for 57 pax with a budget of $100/pax, the following is the initial plan:

Bottle Tree Park
2pm - Opening Speech
230pm - Motivational talk
330pm - Tea break
345pm - Cooking + Bonding session
645pm - Dinner break
8pm - Go home

but due to the cooking + bonding session, the cost will be almost 70% more den our budget, so I need some suggestions on what we can do other den tg initial plan or other things to replace the cooking + bonding session that can be kept to $100/pax for 57 pax, thanks!

Been there last year for a Company wide retreat... the next few days many MCs

(due partly to food poisoning cater erm not very hygienic)

Hortpark? Thot of that but what can we do there apart from walking the treetop walk? hmmm the theatre idea is a good idea but we just had a movie nite last month watching Couples Retreat

You should budget more time and money. Then come hold your retreat here in South Africa. (Sorry for the text in front of the photos but it is the only gallery of landscape shots I have of my own pictures.)
